Terms & Conditions for 33pkr — Know the Rules Before You Play

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 33pkr platform — whether through the website at 33pkr.org, any associated mobile interface, or any other digital channel through which 33pkr services are delivered — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance is legally equivalent to a written signature on a formal contract.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 33pkr platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered players who have not yet made a deposit, active depositing players, and any individual who participates in any promotion, bonus offer, tournament, or special event hosted by 33pkr.

These terms should be read alongside the 33pkr Privacy Policy and the 33pkr Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your relationship with the platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Access to 33pkr is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while their account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33pkr enforces a strict 21+ age policy without exception. Players under 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence at the time of use.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically and expressly prohibited by statute, regulatory order, or court judgement.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of 33pkr, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party — all accounts must be registered and operated solely by the named account holder.

33pkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the registration process or at any point thereafter, particularly prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documents will result in suspension of the relevant account pending review.

Each individual is permitted to hold one single account on the 33pkr platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different device identifiers, or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent banning of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your 33pkr account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all fields. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid and active email address, a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, and your correct date of birth. You agree to keep this information current and to notify 33pkr promptly of any changes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your 33pkr account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 33pkr will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact the 33pkr support team immediately via live chat.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account dashboard — it is strongly recommended and adds a critical layer of protection.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Never store your password in plaintext on your device or in an unencrypted notes application.

33pkr accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

33pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: USDT (TRC20 network), Bitcoin (BTC), JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Payment method availability may vary based on account verification status and transaction history.

Deposits

All deposits must originate from a payment source that is legally owned and controlled by the registered account holder. 33pkr does not accept deposits from third-party sources. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited automatically upon blockchain confirmation, typically within 30 seconds. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited within 15 to 30 minutes during standard processing hours. Bank transfers may take up to several hours depending on the sending institution.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 33pkr reserves the right to require full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification — including CNIC/passport copy and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. All withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with these terms and applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the 33pkr cashier at the time of the request.
• 33pkr does not charge platform fees on withdrawals; however, blockchain network fees for USDT/BTC withdrawals are deducted from the withdrawal amount as applicable.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 of these Terms & Conditions.
• 33pkr reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification if the transaction triggers internal fraud or AML screening protocols.

33pkr offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall govern in relation to that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use by the account holder only. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other player or account.
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Players should read these carefully before claiming any bonus.
• 33pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or material change in circumstances.
• Bonus funds must be wagered through the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money.
• Certain game categories — such as live table games, jackpot slots, or specific sports markets — may contribute at a reduced percentage or zero percentage towards wagering requirements. This will be specified in each promotion's terms.

All bets and gaming activity on 33pkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event as published in the platform's help section or game-specific rules pages. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 33pkr system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player. All confirmed bets are final. In the case of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error resulting in an incorrect price or odds being displayed, 33pkr reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account.

Sports Betting

Cricket markets, including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Tests, are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this means the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) as appropriate. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or any outcome not covered by standard settlement rules, 33pkr's settlement decision will be final.

Casino Games

All casino games on 33pkr — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and specialty games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available either within the game itself or in the platform's game information section. All casino outcomes are final once the game round has concluded.

The following actions constitute serious breaches of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Bonus abuse: Any systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to arbitrage betting using bonus funds, multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times, or collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the 33pkr platform to launder proceeds of crime, to conduct fraudulent transactions, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a legitimate deposit made to your 33pkr account. Any player who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will have their account permanently suspended and the disputed amount recovered through all available legal means.
• Collusion: Working with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using knowledge of predetermined outcomes or material non-public information. 33pkr cooperates with sports integrity bodies and will report suspicious betting patterns.
• Automated play: Using bots, automated scripts, AI tools, or any software designed to play on your behalf without disclosure and approval from 33pkr.
• Underage access: Deliberately circumventing age verification controls to access the platform while under 21 years of age.

33pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable recreational activity, and we take our duty to protect vulnerable players seriously. All players must be 21 years of age or older. There are no exceptions to this rule.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 33pkr players directly from the account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 72-hour cooling-off period when increased.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33pkr platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any part of the platform content without express written permission from 33pkr.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the platform.
• Use the 33pkr name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 33pkr intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33pkr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes, regardless of how those outcomes arose.
• Technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues, or software errors that prevent access to the platform or affect the outcome of a bet or game round — provided that 33pkr takes reasonable steps to restore service and address any affected bets fairly.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any delays in deposit credits or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, blockchain network congestion, or banking institutions outside 33pkr's control.
• Any financial, tax, or legal consequences arising from your use of the 33pkr platform under the laws of your local jurisdiction.

The 33pkr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate functionality, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

33pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions. Grounds for immediate termination include but are not limited to:

• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or automated tools.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at 33pkr staff or other players.
• Any activity that 33pkr reasonably determines poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform.

Players may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting the 33pkr support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their primary payment method, subject to completion of standard identity verification.

In cases of account termination due to terms violations, 33pkr reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, forfeited funds will not be returned.

33pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 33pkr will provide reasonable notice of the changes by displaying a prominent notification on the platform and, where applicable, by sending an email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the 33pkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision. Archived versions of previous Terms & Conditions are available on request from the 33pkr support team.
